Also received an account of R175 for MIRA020. When I contacted Cell C I was advised to contact the MIRA020 service provider to cancel the service but I could not find any contact details what so ever on Google. According to Cell C it is something I registered for which I doubt. My Cell C network coverage is so poor that I cannot download anything.
