Two and a Half weeks ago I cancelled my debit order from Nashua. They promised me on numerous occasions that they will be sending me banking details so that I can make my payments manually. I called again twice to inquire, even mailed them 3 times now and yet no response. I have been emailing on a daily basis from their website to which I get the response (Thank You. Your request has been submitted. Fill in the form below and a consultant will get in touch shortly.) - It has been 2 and a half weeks now, what is their "shortly"? a month?! This is pathetic, they cant sell you a contract fast enough. But the after sale service is PATHETIC!!! Nashua Mobile has no clue about customer service or satisfaction! There is no innovation and they will never be on the standards of any other network. Even Virgin Mobile is better. I do not recommend Nashua to anyone. Rather go to a proper ISP and be happy. Its all about service and Nashua has none!
