SMS bundles deplete without full usage

I am extremely upset at the fact that I have purchased SMS bundles fromVodacom for the second time now and they simply get depleted afer 3 or 4 sms's.

Why is this happeneing. Ive never had this issue before. I feel that this is because I am not getting the service that I paid for.

I usually purchase the 50 SMS Bundle at R25 on two occations and within two days of sending one sms per day my bundle was depleted.

This is the second time this is happening. I want to know where the rest of my sms's are gone to?

I want to be refunded for the sms I lost. I could rather have purchased a data bundle and sent whatsapp sessages.

This is and it needs to be investigated.
