They just don't care

Long story short: I tried to upgrade -> the port didn't work and I had no working phone for nearly two weeks. Now I'm just trying the move on, and they can't get this right either and they just don't care.

For over a month now I've been trying to cancel my current MTN contract and move my number to prepaid. All of this was supposed to have been done by the 14th of November. It was escalated, I've dealt with numerous agents, have tried only one agent but none of them can do anything. No acknowledgement of their error, no one returns calls. The dates and excuses just keep flowing.

I've asked them to sort it out without me having to resort to public forums... no help forthcoming. I've been with them since I got a phone, but I won't touch them now or ever again. I will also point out how bad they are to all that will listen.

It takes a special company to make you feel powerless as well as helpless.
