I feel totally helpless! No one seems to attend to my case!
I bought a 8ta Contract for my wife in September. Two days later, we applied for a cancellation as there was no reception at our home. We were obviously not happy with 8ta because of this, as our home is 2km away from Menlyn Pretoria, where their main branch is.
A technician came out to check our reception and he agreed that we have reception! Ref 6861142 logged 14/10/2013. But still nothing.
Ever since our cancellation has been falling on deaf ears - the sales Consultant Johann at Menlyn has sent multiple emails to "backoffice" but the case has been unattended for weeks. It has been weeks now! 8ta requested that we give back the phone on the contract, so for more than a month now I'm paying for a phone which I don't even have, all because the cancellation is not going through.
8.ta, if someone is listening out there, PLEASE ATTEND TO THIS CASE.

All case numbers reported late and left unattended. I thought I'd give 8.ta a chance with their new Rates and promotions. But I'm utterly disappointed.
