Please fix the noise on my line. You once again attempted last week and failed miserably. My phone line was dead for a week and now it is even worse. Now it is impossible to maintain a stable connection.
Also, why did you decide to skip our complex in your recent exchange upgrades? The complex next to me can get VDSL 40Mb and I cant get stable 1Mb connection after two years of tickets and 7 technician visits. Incompetent and pathetic are words too kind to describe your service, or lack thereof rather. What else must I do short of providing sexual favours to get this resolved? The only thing that works is the debit order that takes my money each month.
