I've a cellphone and insurance contract "
073 369 4005 " with nashua mobile which I pay on monthly basis without any excuse. The contract was initially signed for a blackberry torch 9710 which had a market value of around R7500, it was unfortunately in December 2012 a claim was made and I was given a blackberry bold 9790 of a market value of around R6500.I accepted the offer though my premium wasnt changed due to the fact that I was given a cheaper phone.on the 27th of October 2013 my phone was unfortunately again, a claim was made. I waited for a replacement but didn't hear anything from nashua, Wednesday 20 November, I was told that he was busy but would call me back as soon as he finishes. Unfortunately I haven't heard a word from Mr Nathaniel and still don't have a phone for over a month. Im kindly appealing to you to assist me with this matter and provide me with a satisfactory solution.
