I battled to get my line un-suspended after I've sent proof of payment through to several mails provided to me by the 8Ta call centre. I went to the online chat on the Telkom website and ended up taking with Chanell. She also requested me to forward the mail to her and my heart fell to the bottom of my shoes. Thinking it will take another 24 hrs before I will have to phone in again and ask for assistance. But to my surprise within 3 hours Chanell mailed me back after not getting hold of me on the phone, informing me that the line is restored. Thank you Chanell I really apreciate your help.
