No one knows what to do

I have a telkom mix account that expired, the contract is now on a month to month basis. All I want to do is change the cellphone contract to prepaid. One would think that someone would know how to do it, I have been to two different telkom stores in person I have called the call center and nothing, no ones knows how to do it.
