Very bad customer service - reconnection

I have written correspondence between me and the above named in relation to lapsing and a month to month contract thereafter. I spoke to her on the 7th Oct and requested a lapse and then an immediate change to another package. Over a month later after speaking to I am not sure how many consultants I am NOT CONNECTED. What kind of customer service is this?
