I would like to give a big thank you to Tabelo for her excellent service she gave me. I went in to the store on the Tuesday to have my cellphone upgraded as i was supposed to upgrade on the Friday. So i filled in all the forms so the papers could be processed on the Friday. When i phoned in on the Friday and i found out that the gentle man that dealt with me on the Tuesday was only coming in at 13:00 and i could only get the phone either the Monday or Tuesday. But Tabelo said its not a problem and processed the papers and organised that the phone be delivered on the Saturday which suited me much better. Thanks to Tabelo i didn't need to change any of my meetings during the week to come collect the phone because that was the main reason i asked if i could collect the phone earlier. I really appreciate how swiftly she helped me. Thank you Tabelo. =)
