Cell C has to be the most useless cellular service provider ever. I have already logged a complaint on this site and was told "Sidefree" would respond to me till today I am still waiting. Cell C refer to the complaint that was raised on the 2nd of October because I am not going to rewrite that story again.
I have called Cell C Multiple times to try and get my query resolved, I even went to The Reeds Cell C shop today the 12th October to enquire and the agent at the shop called them to enquire what was happening only to find that the Case number 3100200544 was closed without any feedback and another case opened again 3101201063 (3rd one) for the same thing and still they are talking nonsense.
Cell C I DO NOT OWE you anything I payed you the quoted amounted and you debited me in July (Bank Statement to prove) and your Story is a bunch of because why would you only bill the month of July in October?
You have been reported to the Ombudsman, ICASA and a criminal case will be opened against you and you will be hearing from my lawyers. You are busy messing with my credit profile. I am tired of playing this game with you.
