After using HelloPeter for the first time to voice my complaint against Cell C I was very impressed when i received a call from Cell C within 2 days and an attempt was made to address my complaint.
I was contacted by a technician that couldn't get hold of me on the line in question and after multiple failed attempts managed to reach me on a line with such a bad connection that i had to call him back on the landline.
After the technician came out and spent all of 2 minutes adjusting settings on my phone (settings i got from CellC Call Center) he assured me that everything would be better now...
I called the technician back the next day to inform him that the changes he made didn't help and that i am still receiving very bad signal only to find out that he logged the callout as no fault found and that its back with H/O and i wil ahve to take it up with them.
I have now managed to confirm (from Nashua) that the case has been cleared and that the report is that no fault was found.
Something needs to be done about companies that operate like this. Absolutely disgusting!!!
