My ISP is Afrihost, I had some problems with my internet, Afrihost reported the vault with Telkom, on Friday, he phoned my mother, the account holder, with a very rude attitude he wanted to know what was wrong, so she gave him my number. He phoned me round about half past 2, he was the most arrogant person I've ever came accross, telling me that I should make sure I'm home on Monday morning (today), and I better close my dogs so that he can see whats going on. I asked for his name, and he replied "That is none of your business" Why do we have customer support if we get treated like this? Telkom has always been the most pathetic at what they do. Unfortunately they manage the adsl lines, or else I wouldn't even bother with this!
