For many years this company has been deducting money from my account with no explanations of what is it for, March I made inquires and they cancelled whatever they said I joined without my consent but without any refund as they said it will be in account within 21days but that too never happened, I waited for months. for the money but instead they joined me again to the scheme deducting again in August. every day I call the company but no one is helping me but again sent a letter to say they will refund but until today nothing has happened, this has to come to an end I am tired of scheme companies and incompetent sales people who take money from people without explanations and don't get reported after, worse part is that the "manager Elma Malan is never around when you call and need answers, on the email signatures the telephone number is always missing one number to be complete.
