Paying for contract not taken out by me?

I checked my Bank account and found that I ma being charged for an additional Cell C contract that I did not request nor did I sign for. Complaint / Query was provided to Cell C but no feedback as yet. I am not impressed that my account is being debited for something I did not sign up for. This is.
