My first experience using Altech AutoPage website was rather pleasing, I registered for a New CellC contract, soon after a Sales lady called and from one of the Autopage Resellers, JK Telecoms has completely ruined the experience! Communication has been SO poor, AutoPage and CellC called and followed up with previous complaints but still very little apology or progress or feedback. I'm seriously disappointed after such a good start, I will forwarding my complaint to CellC and the media company I work for. I will not be using AutoPage for any of my Company or Client contracts. In this day where business is scares, services levels should be on another level in my opinion. There is no excuse for poor communication!
