Very slow internet on a 14.4 Mbps Tower (4589)

Good day

I have lots of queries regarding the same issue and everytime MTN reports back they promise the issue is resolved but it persist. The oldest ref is SMC/00003771781 and the newest is SMC/00003773920. Please check what's going on with Cell ID 64961 with tower 4589, is giving me lots of problems slow internet throughput and sometimes no internet access. Please fix this urgently as the problems has been going on for more then 2 years in the same geo area. Plase sort this out! I have a business APN too!
