Cell C 7 Day OBF PROCEDURE

Within 4 days of purchase of a brand new Samsung S4 it started freezing and slowing down, the part at the back near the camera heated up when charged and the touch screen was not responding as it should as well as when switching between the back and front camera, and vice versa, it took at least 10 seconds to switch over and when i used the application called "instagram" it froze the entire phone for more than 5 minutes when i tried accessing the back camera and the phone froze and rebooted. I took it back to Cell C for a book-in so they could send it to the repair center for assessing, 5 working days later i contact them only to find that they are giving me the same handset back due to the fact that they have found no fault after resetting it to the factory settings and testing it. To my knowledge the OBF and consumer protection act clause allows me to request another handset which is brand new due to the fact that it's within 7 days of purchase that it started going faulty.
