I received two monthly bills that exceeded my agreed capped amount, the one account amounted to R1900 and the other R1300 instead of the normal R780 I am used to paying. When I queried this with their customer services I was told this was "normal" when large files are downloaded or uploaded because the cap only kicks in after the down or upload is completed! I was horrified to say the least, I am sure that an agreed capped amount kicks in when it is supposed to and not when the service provider decides it should? Surely this type of "flaw" has been seen and fixed to accommodate their clients needs and requirements... obviously not. Needless to say I will be canceling my contract and using a more intelligent and client-serving provider. The extra amounts I had to pay were a huge loss to my pocket and it seems as if Nashua Mobile are trying to "milk" a system that we have no control over in the end. You think that capping your account is taking control of your finances, but this type of stunt is another blow to my hard earned cash. A very unhappy client Nashua - thanks for nothing!
