I resort to recording my complaints & views here, in effort to make people aware of what an entirely unorganised, unethical & pathetic excuse for a Service Provider ALTECH AUTOPAGE really is. They claim to have a system in dealing with customer complaints, & people dedicated to assisting you, but don't bother putting your faith and trust in any of their scatterbrained staff who most of the time are lacking in competence & initiative. It's a pity this space is so resticting as I wish I could include my whole log of incidences detailing how ALTECH messed up on numerous occasions, & all the excuses they come up with, the empty promises, the lack of communication and delayed responses as there are no proper record keeping. I have lost all confidence in ALTECH AUTOPAGE as they fail to provide the satisfying service I expect. I am so looking forward to NOT renewing any of my contracts with them as I no longer wish to have any dealings with a company that does not value their client as an asset. Unfortunately there is no resolution for my current situation with ALTECH, but sincerely hope that you will think twice before choosing ALTECH as your service provider.
