Third complaint. Same issue. My complaints 1 Jul and 12 Jul refer. Yes the contract has now been cancelled, thank you. Was however still debited and now owed a credit of R295. Needless to say I havent received my refund yet. This is probably the most ridiculous service experience ive ever had. Just give me my money back now please ASAP so we can end this relationship once and for all.
