I have been a customer of Web Africa for a few months and have called their customer centre about 3 or 4 times in that time. They answer their phones quickly, are always highly efficient, and very friendly. They always know exactly what to do to fix a problem and have no qualms about guiding a technophobe like me, step by step, through fixing whatever is wrong. Most of all, they have never made me feel like I am inconveniencing or annoying them - they always seem genuinely happy to help. Apart from this, the ADSL service itself I get from them has been remarkable. Thank you Web Africa for restoring my faith in good service delivery!
