I have sent Below e-mail to Telkom on 07/08/2013

URGENT ATTENTION: CANCELLATIONS DEPARTMENT & ESCALATION TEAM - TSHEGO

Good day,

I refer to my telephone conversation with a lady by the name of Otley on 06/08/2013 and confirm that she had said that my line would be cancelled on 06/08/2013

I have now received another account with rental charges for the period 04 Aug 13 - 03 Sep 13. What is this for???

I have already cancelled this service on 09/07/2013. Why do I now need to pay for this period??

I demand that these charges be reversed and the current credit amount be paid back to us.

Otley has also confirmed that she will sent me confirmation in writing that our line has now be cancelled. I have not received this confirmation yet.

If I never have to deal with Telkom again well then it will be to soon.
