Awaiting refund 2 months late

My cellphone was upgraded, the package was not changed to reflect more data less sms/air time. I was billed for this. I went into the branch and they sent message to Jhb to change this, this then happened for a second month that I was billed and the change was not updated. They say they updated by giving me more data, but I was charged R2 000 for the bundle that acc to the special was R500 and what the branch asked them to do. Basically I am out of pocket R4 000, i wrote off the one month, but I want the R2 000 back which they told me was an error and would be refunded, i phoned almost daily for a month to then be told there is no mistake and no monies due to you. I am currently unemployed and this is a lot of money at the moment. I have already posted this on hellopeter with no response. I am desperate for this money to be refunded to me.
