Still a problem with my contract after 2 months

I did my upgrade with mtn at Queens Corner more than 2 months ago (had very bad service from them) but my data was totally removed from my contract and i was not able to use my phone. After a few calls to the call centre, I was told to go back to mtn at Queens corner in Pretoria. I explained the cituation to them and they said that they will correct it immediately. This was a moth ago and the problem has not been corrected. I have never had such bad service from any other mtn branch or call centre.
