Since April I have been endeavouring to resolve a billing issue and for the past 3 weeks all my incoming and outgoing calls and sms's have been blocked. Despite being advised that the matter was being investigated (ref: 6344376) I have heard nothing futher. Attempts to ascertain which department and/or person is handling the matter have proved fruitless as I have received no response to my emails or request submitted via the company website. I have already provided evidence that there was a billing error by Cell C Get It in respect of a cancelled contract and find their current attitude extremely unprofessional.
