I need urgent assistance.
I have requested a transfer for my ADSL line and was told by the Call centre that this will not be possible as there is no infrastructure at my house.
How is this possible when the previous owner had internet?? I have now been placed on a waiting list until someone cancels or there internet expires??? No one is able to assist.
I am desperate and would like someone from operations to please contact me. Come up with some solution as I do not want to wait years to get my line up and running.
