Please customer care must respond to clients

My problem is that on the 15 july13 mobimoola deducted 249 99=. 348. i applied for a loan of 500.00 but was given only 250.00, when calling call centre they told me that they will come back to me, i have been calling everyday same answer is given to me we will look at it and comeback to me, i still need the 250.00 as i applied for 500.00, and the money for registration was deducted and the 99. before i applied for loan.

please help I'm desperate looking forward to hear from you
