Let me start by saying your call centre is completely usless I have been put on hold for more that 40minutes waiting to get throgh your non responsive legal department I never got throng, Waited 4hours at the bank trying to get a simple balance from my acc so that I could pay it off but thanks your usless call centre agents and team leaders that still hasn't been done. Then when I called in the last time trying to get someone to help me Sindi Sibiya cut me off after making me hold for her so called team leader waisting more of my airtime. Im glad I left your usless network you people know nothing about customer service
