I usually deal with Cell C in Braamfontein where I work and I have ALWAYS received good service as the staff are knowledgable about the product and patient with the technically challenged (such as myself). I am always attended to immediately and things are done quickly.
I recently went to the Norwood Mall branch and received equally good service. Chiedza encountered a small snag whilst helping me but still made it happen.
Kudos to Cell C - excellent consistency at every branch
