that problem is still unresolved, more than a month ago yet another cell c Representative says don't worry Mr Solomon we will call you back. and still nothing.
I do not wish to once again elaborate on the matter as it should appear on record but would like to request to be honoured only as a customer should and that this matter be resolved so that I could possibly hold cell c once again in high regards.
