My husband is a client of cell C and we have been having endless problems with BB Z10, the customer service agent who assisted me is VERY RUDE!!! You can go check on the recordings who assisted me some lady, pathetic lousy no help given and she just ended the conversation. The bbm picture does not update, it updates on my side but not on contacts side, all apps are outdated and YES I HAVE DONE everything. Updated software blah blah. Now apparently i mst go give in my phone and it will take 15 days for repair, what the!!! Please read your policy 7.3 and 7.4. So by what your agents are telling me this is a breach of contract. My phone is under warranty!!! I am returning it for another model as the Z10 is endless problems. What is the next step!!! If not assisted I will go for legal representation.
