Here i was walking towards these two beautiful ladies at that 8ta outlet, i had planned to take contract with 8ta, but then i needed to enquire a little information before making my decision, well guess what?... I had to be the one greeting them, they werent actually interested in the client walking in, instead they were busy fiddling with their blackberries with smiles, i guess am invisble then! Body language was the most poorest i have ever received, worse of was when the lady said ''look this is an outlet, so we know nothing about that, you might aswell call 8ta direct'', that was a smack in the face, i just responded thank you with a smile, and got the off!
