On 1 July I called the call centre (Ref SD116206) asking why my 2Gb for the month had not been connected. Being advised that this happens on the 23rd each month, I realised that I could not have used amount of data in 7 days. Adheesh advised that there was 800Mb still due and tat he would escalate it to his manager, Mohamed, and IT to resolve. Promising that it would be sorted out and that I would not need to call back, I left it at that.
Last night I urgently needed the connection. Guess what, no surprise, they had done nothing.
This is the second time their systems have done me in, the first having lost 2GB in Feb
As I only use this connection for business back up and home use, it clearly shows that CELL C is not even good enough as a second choice, let alone first. Due to this continued incompetance I will not again buy their bundle and will advise all I know to do the same!
