Paying more than R800 per month for a 4meg ADSL line, when I dont even get close to 2meg.
What am I paying for? useless incompetent baboons sitting at the call centre cannot even spell or hear.
Typical South African service, frustrating and no-one listens. This is daylight!
Please get this sorted and provide a root cause for the issue or cancel the service, I dont care anymore!
But when the line is down, and I dont pay for a FAULTY line, they can disconnect it, even if it is not working, why do I need to pay?
