I laid a complaint more than two weeks ago about my account not being handled properly and getting charged for something that I was unaware of, but Nashua mobile doesn't seem to care about its customer's. This month R2486.42 was debited from my account. Luckily there wasn't enough money for the Debit to go through because if it had, we wouldn't even have food to eat this month. I have tried to get in touch with someone from the head office to discuss my situation, but this was fruitless. I cannot seem to get any help and quite frankly, cannot pay. I really need someone educated on the matter to speak to, as I am getting no where with this. I am a very unhappy customer and would like to end my contract with Nashua.
