Bad Service, over charging

Been with this company for a few years. We were told when signing up that it would save us money from a sales person in our office. Since then no face to face service except when problems with the hardware which we are charged a call out fee for. For months we have been "capped" near the end of the month - our busy time - and then have no phone access or internet. Support Centre never knows what the problem is even if they are asked directly if we are capped. We do not make alot of calls but our telephone usage is over R1000 plus rental for the hardware - router/modem totalling more that R2000. At end of may 2013 our usage debit order which is roughly R1000 came off R3444! I immediately contacted Nxatel - said they would not refund but would credit our account. I said I wanted a refund and after much arguing said she would get the supervisor to phone me back. To date have received no refund after numerous calls to them. This month another debit order of R1010!!! So - no credit and no refund! I phoned yesterday and was told the accounts manager would phone me right back, no call. I phoned again today, same thing. cancellation request sent today - will cancel regardless of cost!!!
