Telkom tech disabled my line

On Wednesday morning a Telkom tech was in my complex to work on one of my neighbour's lines. Lo and behold in fixing their line mine was disabled. I saw him working in the basement at the panel. A short while later my line went down while I was on the internet. I tried to stop him to have him reconnect mine but he was already out the complex gate.

I logged a fault on Wednesday evening (ref. 990CRK260613) and I still haven't had it repaired. Yesterday (27 June) at 1.33pm I was on the call to the contact centre for 12mins and 30secs to look into the matter. I eventually spoke to someone to whom I explained the situation. I was put on hold several times. The last time I was put on hold was for four minutes, at which point I hung up, as I was incurring cellphone charges.

I understand Telkom has turnaround times and SLA's but surely in the case where you caused the problem, you should expedite the solution. Please fix my line urgently.
