I ordered the sony experia go on the 24 May 2013 as it was advertised. After phoning every week so far they do not have stock. It is nearly a month since I ordered the phone and they still have nothing. When I call to query, the answer is please call back next week or tomorrow, depending on who answers the phone.
I then called back this morning to ask if they could offer me another xperia on a similar contract and the answer was simply no we cant.
This is bad customer service and not even trying to keep a client - has cell c gotten so big that they dont need one single contract.
I have now been speaking to the Davenport Branch who say they will check and get back to me - that was 12:38pm this afternoon.
