Overall bad service from company

Hi,

I opened a contract with your Company a few months ago, and then with great difficulty i received my phone after a month.

A week ago i went back to the Woodlands branch to make my data bundle on my phone bigger, adding R20 a month to my contract. I was told by Nino that i will receive a quota within 24hs. This didn't happen, i tried phoning a number from the confirmation sms but its not working. A few days later it was a new month and an extra R20 was subtracted from my account by autopage but my bundle didn't increase. I went back to the store, and Nino didn't know why this happened, he sent an email to his head office and told me he will hear from them later the day and phone me. He didn't phone me, so I phoned him just before 5. He said they were busy and still didn't receive an email from them.

This went back and forth for a few days and even me requesting his manager, Vinia, to please phone me i am still waiting. I tried to phone 0116505111, but this line sent me in circles with options never being able to speak to a real person.

Fix this by monday, 10 Jun 13, or relieve me from the contract.
