The call centre agent throws the phone down on me after saying its 5 on a Friday and I cannot send a message to anyone to contact you because it is after hours. Autopage staff are just as incompetent and unreliable as the company. They have just changed my contract details without any notification after their agent incorrectly upgraded my contract telephonically. I am extremely disgusted with with the lack of service and the shocking attitudes of their staff. Autopage wouldnt know how to provide a service if it hit them in the face. i wish some consumer watch would investigate this company as i am now tired and wish i could get out of this contract but i can guarantee that the will take legal action immediately as that seems to be the only thing they are good at.
