I've had to report a very slow line numerous times. Was fast when I started the serviced, then progressively the speed deteriorated. I am paying for a 4MB line, however, I barely get 1MB during office hours and about 2MB after hours.
When I reported this, they tried to pass this off to Telkom... also, various people in the call centre gave me different apparent reasons for the poor performance.
This is not what I paid for. Will be moving my service soon.
