I contact Cell C on the 15th of May to enquire as to when my 3G contract would be ending as I want to cancel it at that time. I only got a response 3 days later asking for verification and then a few days after that I was told my query was being "escalated to the accounts department".
It is now 31 May and I have had no feedback ay all. How difficult is it look on the system and tell me when my contract ends? Now there is no way in I will ever sign another contract with Cell C. What truly terrible service.
