I was billed R200 for data that i didn"t buy, phoned the call centre and was told that i bought a R200 data bumdle..funny thing is that my sim card hasn"t been used for at least 3months prior to that (wasn"t even in a phone at all for the last 4 months) I requested a statement and further found that i was being billed for a sms bundle also...
