I have applied for a telkom phone and ADSL internet line to my residential adress. The technition came 2 weeks after and when arriving he said he can't do an installation because the required infrastructure is not available. He also said that if I still wish to have it done I would have to pay for the infrastructure which is some sort of pipe that they have to lay to my adress and that is another R4000 he said. Now I would really like to use your services but I can't pay for your infrastrukture to do so and I find it unexceptable to expect that from a future client. Please can I have feedback as I already have sent you an e-mail regarding this with no response.
