SLOW SERVICE

I went to MTN when they opened at 9am and was 4th in line. After 25 mins I still had not been seen and had to leave to attend a meeting. There was one consultant when they opened. 15 mins later another 2 arrived. They have approx 20 stations to assist with queries and market themselves as a customer service centre. This is certainly not what they are.
