Disgusting service from Cell C - second complaint

I put a complaint on a few weeks ago and am disgusted to report that I am STILL waiting for someone to assist me. I have sent 5 requests to Sisa Flatela, have called your "Customer Care Line" countless times, have requested that a manager contact me, have logged a call through your website, etc. etc. etc.

INCOMPETENCE is all I have received back.
