Cancelled my order without my knowledge

Hi my name is sivuyile joyi cell c offered me a product, i accepted, they said they will deliver within 7-14 days which is a lie, i only got one cellphone which was not what i wanted, and when i called them they take forever to answer, when they did MAMSI was so rude. and she told me my packing was cancelled and no one had called explaining why the package was cancelled... cell c is a disgrace and i am so disgusted in the way they do business. iv asked them to come fetch this phone because it is not what i was not what i wantedn mamsi told me thzat is not happening... they have lost a customer and i will warn all my friends and colleagues about the way they do things
