A year ago I was contacted by Saya Recoveries indicated that I owed planet fitness in Rivonia R263 for a special levy. I was baffled as I closed my account with PFR in 2008. When I enquired with Rivonia I was told there was a computer gltich and lots of their customers had received this notice in error. They didn't let me know what the special levy related to.
Late last year I got another call from Saya Recoveries adamant that I owed PFR and needed to pay. I called PFR and was told my account was clear and I needn't worry. This back and forth has been going on for about 5 months now. In this time, I've tried to reach the club manager again and again and he is never available. Apparently, his name is Garth Williams.
Today, I found out that the club has me listed twice (could be more) on their system. On one account I am active on the other I am apprently dormant. I am concerned that despite my best efforts and hours literally wasted in airtime and actual hours I have no resolution to this matter. The amount itself is not as important as ensuring that I am not blacklisted for something I no little or nothing about.
